  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including credit card receipts and other financial documents.
  • Cash Application Support: Assist the Cash Application Specialist in processing and reconciling financial transactions.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book travel reservations for employees in accordance with company policies.
  • Data Entry: Enter data into various computer programs, including customer portals.
  • Document Management: Scan and file financial documents, ensuring accurate and secure storage.
  • Administrative Support: Provide clerical support to other departments as needed, including data entry and document preparation.
Requirements
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial record keeping and data entry tasks.
