About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Organizational Development Consultant to join our People & Workplace team at Mitchell International. In this critical role, you will collaborate with leadership and colleagues to design and implement a range of organizational development and learning programs that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive organizational development projects that enhance individual, leadership, and organizational capabilities.
  • Design and implement talent management programs and processes that align with business objectives, including talent review tools, onboarding processes, and training programs.
  • Lead key talent management initiatives such as goal setting, performance differentiation, development planning, talent review, and succession planning.
  • Create and deliver instructor-led and on-demand training programs, assessing their effectiveness to ensure learning outcomes.
  • Facilitate our annual engagement survey, development planning, and other feedback mechanisms, using organizational data to analyze development needs.
  • Identify off-the-shelf training solutions to address organizational skill gaps.
  • Co-develop strategies and programs to drive employee engagement.
  • Develop or oversee the production of instructional materials, aids, and tools using various media.
  • Leverage our Learning Management System to build scalable online learning content, implement program registration and tracking processes.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders on talent and leadership-related solutions for business leaders and teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 6-8 years of experience in training or organizational development, with a proven track record of developing, assessing, customizing, and delivering training and organization-wide programs and interventions.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-wide organizational development programs, designing training for adults using instructional design theory and learning principles.
  • Experience managing multiple high-impact projects with tight timelines simultaneously.
  • Maintains a healthy sense of urgency and focus.
  • Ability to work with diverse groups with varying levels of ability and skills, as well as ability to evaluate and present effective solutions for employee development needs.
  • Proven ability and agility to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across various businesses, functions, and levels within the organization.
  • Ability to adjust interpersonal style and approach to work based on business needs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to create and execute detailed project plans.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • M&A experience is a plus (integration frameworks and practices for cultural integration, change readiness, communication, and onboarding strategies).
  • HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience preferred.

Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $90,000 - $120,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
