About the Role

Southern National Roofing is seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and providing them with expert advice on home roof replacements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions.
  • Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a consultative selling environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers quickly.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • No visible face or neck tattoos or piercings.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned territory, as needed.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to undergo thorough sales training provided by the company.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
