Role Objective:
As a Client Success Consultant (CSC), your primary goal will be to cultivate strong relationships with clients and contractors, ensuring the effective delivery of services that align with client expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Upholding a positive and professional representation of BELAY.
  • Collaborating with colleagues and fostering a supportive team atmosphere.
  • Acting as a liaison among clients, contractors, and internal teams to guarantee timely and effective service delivery.
  • Understanding client goals, challenges, and priorities to offer strategic insights and assistance.
  • Driving revenue growth by recognizing upsell opportunities and enhancing client value.
  • Providing expert advice on best practices and efficiency improvements.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and engaging in professional development.
  • Managing challenging situations with adept problem-solving and emotional intelligence.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate for the Client Success Consultant role should exhibit responsiveness, professionalism, and strong organizational and technological skills, along with experience in client-facing roles. Essential attributes include flexibility, creativity, and self-discipline.

  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely is crucial.
  • Comfort with video and phone communication as primary interaction methods.

Work Environment:
This full-time, W-2 position allows for remote work during standard business hours, Monday through Friday. Some roles may require travel. A dedicated, distraction-free workspace is essential for success.
