RN Clinical Operations Supervisor / Charge Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently manage resources during your designated shift.

- Continuously oversee the workplace to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Act as a clinical resource for staff and patients/families.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to address patient-specific and facility-wide needs while enhancing operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of patient needs, ensuring each individual feels informed, understood, and valued.
- Exhibit a strong commitment to providing high-quality care and possess innovative problem-solving skills in a dynamic setting.

Minimum Requirements:
- Valid State RN License
- BLS and ACLS certifications required upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of experience in critical care or progressive clinical care is preferred.
- Prior experience in clinical management is preferred.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
