Role Summary:
The Clinic Operations Supervisor, under the guidance of clinic physicians and the Regional Clinic Manager, is responsible for providing on-site leadership and effective management of daily clinic functions. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional levels of patient service, operational effectiveness, and satisfaction among physicians, providers, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
The Clinic Operations Supervisor may oversee one primary clinic and additional satellite locations, with travel as necessary. Key functions include:
- Enhancing clinic and team productivity and collaboration
- Managing clinic operations, including budget oversight and staffing
- Assisting in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees
- Monitoring staff performance and providing regular updates to the Regional Clinic Manager
- Ensuring prompt attention to all communications, including phone messages and faxes
- Managing prior authorizations and maintaining a tracking system
- Conducting new employee orientation and training
- Acting as a role model and subject matter expert for established policies and procedures
- Performing Clinical Assistant and Receptionist duties as required
Qualifications:
Education:
A minimum of post-secondary education in a medical support field, such as Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse, is required. Current certification/licensure must be maintained throughout employment.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Preferred two years of experience in Dermatology or Mohs surgery
- Current CPR Certification is required
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and visitors
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Capability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
