Job Description:
Allied Universal Services is actively seeking a Professional Security Operations Supervisor.


The Security Operations Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the delivery of high-quality services during a designated shift at a specific client location.

This role will serve as a key liaison among the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security personnel.

Responsibilities include supervising staff on the assigned shift, offering coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range.

Essential Skills and Abilities:
Professional and polished appearance

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong time management capabilities and the ability to handle multiple tasks

Sound judgment in responding to various situations

Proactive and self-motivated

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure a professional and pleasant customer experience.

Understand and enforce security policies and procedures for the client’s facilities.

Assist Corporate Security during significant events.

Manage vendor relations and access control for the client portfolio.

Safeguard client confidentiality and protect operations by maintaining confidentiality of appointments.

Maintain an inventory of supplies and anticipate future needs.

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must possess a high school diploma.

Must have a minimum of 1 year of security or military experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.

Must successfully pass a background check, drug screening, and meet all company licensing and training standards.
