About the Position:

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at Delta-T Group Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to maximize company profits and achieve team objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve financial objectives
  • Client Acquisition: Actively participate in sales, account development, and client prospecting to increase billable hours
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership and foster commitment among team members through example and sharing of knowledge or skills

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 3-5 years verifiable experience in staffing, recruiting, or business development
  • Skills: Excellent time management, communication, presentation, recruitment, sales, and strategic thinking skills

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on location and experience)
