We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with commercial clients in assigned business segments and geographic areas.

Your primary focus will be on presenting product solutions to client needs, providing responsive and quality service, and approving transactions within delegated authority. You will also be responsible for managing overall relationship profitability and portfolio risk, ensuring the growth of the portfolio assigned.

To achieve this, you'll identify, develop, and build profitable relationships with prospects and customers consistent with the objectives of the bank. You'll actively work with customers and develop prospects while maintaining an active calling program.

In addition, you'll prepare a Relationship Plan and calling schedule for each client or prospect, identifying business opportunities and soliciting referrals of other Bank products or services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial credit policies and procedures, as well as excellent sales and marketing abilities. You'll need to demonstrate sound credit analysis and accounting skills, capable of working well independently and in teams.

As a representative of City National Bank, you'll participate in outside civic and community affairs, business and industry-related organizations, and other professional activities as appropriate.

Salary: $122,535 - $208,715 per year (base salary) + bonus/commissions
