Clinical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Project Manager to join our team at the Downtown Emergency Service Center (DESC). As a Clinical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full scope of services for the Pioneer Square area SAGE program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide routine administrative and clinical supervision to 3 Clinical Supervisors based in 515 and 216 and other staff as assigned.
- Assure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and relevant contract and procedure requirements associated with the operations within SAGE.
- Teach and promote core DESC values.
- Participate in and provide training for staff essential to ensure the safety of the SAGE Program.
- Collaborate with other DESC programs through an integrated service model.
- Point person for day-to-day coordination and problem solving with partnering organizations.
- Provide multi-axial assessments, crisis intervention, stabilization, and meaningful engagement to unhoused adults referred to SAGE.
- Mentor and train staff on conducting work within a harm reduction, trauma informed, and recovery framework.
- Assure implementation of program development in congruence with principles of recovery-based services.
- Assure that SAGE operates in compliance with contract, licensing, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Eligible for a Licensed AAC credential or any other superseding credential that meets RCW requirements to act as a Mental Health Professional.
- Master's degree in social work, psychology or other relevant behavioral science or Bachelor of Nursing degree with specialty in mental health.
- Two or more years' experience in community based behavioral health services.
- Experience working with adults experiencing homelessness, mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
- Ability to work effectively with and demonstrate respect to people who may demonstrate significant behavioral symptoms.
- Knowledge and experience with milieu management, de-escalation, and trauma informed care.
