Job Title: Project Manager About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Innova Solutions. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple commercial LCM program assignments and driving execution of integrated program strategy. Key Responsibilities: • Develop detailed project plans aligned with overall strategy • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project milestones • Facilitate scenario planning to address changing business/clinic needs • Manage meeting logistics and create clear, concise minutes • Partner with GMS&T Leader to manage and communicate program risks and mitigation strategies Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant scientific discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience • Highly motivated self-starter with strong project management and business process management skills • Familiarity with end-to-end CMC drug development and understanding of critical milestones and bottlenecks • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: • PMP certification • Experience with Smartsheets, Tableau, and MS Projects • Strong interpersonal and communication skills About Innova Solutions: Innova Solutions is a global technology and business transformation solutions provider.
