Job Description

At Colorado Solutions Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Trainee to join our team. As a Business Development Trainee, you will be responsible for communicating product features and benefits to inquiring customers throughout the sales process.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to ensure all goals for our clients are met
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development, Account Management, Sales, and/or Management position
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Tenacity, grit, and a dedication to professionalism
  • A student mentality and the drive to succeed and gain new skill sets
