Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Ambassador II to join our team at Canon Business Process Services, Inc. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide high-level hospitality and customer service to clients, guests, and vendors, ensuring total customer satisfaction through proactive problem identification and resolution.
  • Mail and Package Management: Receive, sort, and deliver all incoming mail and packages to assigned floors, and log outgoing and incoming items as required.
  • Supply Management: Organize and distribute supplies to client employees, monitor inventory, and maintain a neat and organized workspace.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative services, including copying, faxing, and scanning, as well as preparing weekly production and volume reports.
  • Records Management: Perform document scanning, maintain files, and retrieve files from the Records Center as requested.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise and oversee contracted services, evaluate and resolve complex problems, and manage status reports and productivity reports.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working in a mailroom or professional office environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in computer skills, ability to perform complex functions of various equipment and systems, and excellent customer service and communication skills.
