Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales representative to join our team and help us expand our presence in the agricultural market. As a sales representative for AKE Safety Equipment, you will be responsible for selling our innovative fire extinguisher products directly to farmers and agricultural businesses nationwide. With a 100% straight commission structure and significant weekly performance bonuses, you will have the opportunity to earn unlimited income and achieve your financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell AKE Safety Equipment's fire extinguisher products to farmers and agricultural businesses nationwide
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and commission goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the agricultural or construction industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
