Join Our Team:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled Civil Engineer in Training (EIT) to become part of our dynamic Design Management Services team. This position will be based in a collaborative environment where you will work alongside a talented group of engineers and specialists, focusing on delivering high-quality projects for various clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in various aspects of Civil Engineering projects, including conducting studies, preparing reports, developing plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Projects may involve the planning, modeling, and design of facilities such as water treatment plants, wastewater systems, and drainage solutions.
  • Implement engineering best practices for a diverse range of civil engineering projects, demonstrating adaptability to new challenges.
  • Support senior engineers in producing project documentation, including plans, specifications, schedules, and budgets.
  • Assist with construction management tasks, including reviewing material submissions and coordinating with contractors.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections, aiding in data collection and analysis for infrastructure projects.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, and public agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in municipal and land development engineering.
  • Active Engineer in Training (EIT) certification for the state is required or in progress.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be organized, accountable, and dependable.
  • Ability to perform fieldwork as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience with engineering design software such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, or GIS.
  • Proven track record of meeting project scope, schedule, and budget goals.
