Job Summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for analyzing and developing structural engineering specifications, conducting building assessments, and implementing project management methodologies to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement structural engineering specifications for product design and operation
  • Conduct building assessments and structural evaluations in large industrial facilities
  • Implement project management methodologies to ensure timely and within-budget project completion
  • Communicate and coordinate with customers, contractors, and upper management throughout the project process
  • Inspect and verify construction and installation progress to ensure conformance to established drawings, specifications, and codes
Requirements
  • ABET Engineering degree required
  • Required Engineering Degree in Structural or Civil; Project Management Experience and Relative Software preferred but not required
  • Microsoft Office Suite or Similar experience is required
Additional Responsibilities
  • Work independently and as part of cross-functional teams to accomplish complex tasks
  • Recognize and address technical, quality, and business aspects of a project to ensure successful execution
  • Efficient and effective time management skills to execute multiple projects at different phases of the Project Implementation Process
