Position Summary:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is on the lookout for a dedicated individual to become part of our esteemed client's workforce as a Client Support Specialist. The successful candidate will serve as the primary liaison for customers, delivering courteous and professional assistance through various communication methods. Core Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries swiftly via phone or email.
- Efficiently handle orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams as needed.
- Provide insights on the effectiveness of customer service operations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality support.
Qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role.
- Proficient in handling phone interactions and demonstrating active listening skills.
- Experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and utilize time efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Compensation Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
