Client Support Representative

Exciting opportunity to be part of a customer service team specializing in identity theft and fraud protection. We offer competitive weekly compensation and daily lunch provisions.
COMPENSATION: $19.50 per hour
WORK SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm, Temporary Position
SECTOR: Fraud Protection Services
POSITION SUMMARY
The Client Support Representative acts as the primary contact for clients via phone and email, managing inquiries related to identity theft. Responsibilities include addressing billing issues, providing account updates, and resolving general questions or concerns.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service or call center role
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in managing high call volumes and conflict resolution
