About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Control Assurance Manager to join our team at the Hispanic Technology Executive Council. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving and executing internal control discipline and operational excellence.
The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement effective risk and control frameworks to support business operations.
- Monitor and test controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain Quality Assurance programs to enhance business continuity.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to evaluate employee performance and control effectiveness.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- 2 or more years of experience in a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
