We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist to join our team in delivering Construction Management Services (CMS) for global clients. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in construction management, field inspections, and quality assurance.

This role is perfect for a professional with 10+ years of expertise in construction operations, safety regulations, and contractor evaluation processes.

The selected individual will be responsible for conducting on-site inspections, reviewing reports, and evaluating contractor compliance with schedules, plans, specifications, and workmanship standards. Additionally, they will inspect materials, installations, and testing, address deficiencies, and suggest alternative methods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site inspections and review reports
  • Evaluate contractor compliance with schedules and specifications
  • Inspect materials and installations
  • Address deficiencies and suggest alternative methods
  • Review contractor quality control reports
  • Perform quality assurance inspections
  • Verify contract requirements
  • Maintain records of deficiencies and field issues
  • Conduct shop inspections of offsite fabricated items

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of construction management experience
  • Proven experience in managing complex construction operations
  • Strong technical expertise in construction scheduling, quality assurance, and safety compliance
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • CMAA Certification is a plus
  • Expertise in field inspections, plan interpretation, and quality control reporting
  • Familiarity with EM 385-1-1 and 29 CFR 1926 OSHA Construction Industry Regulations
  • Experience with contractor claims evaluation

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, 401K eligibility, health savings account, life insurance, short-term disability coverage, paid holidays, paid time off, wellness programs, training opportunities, and a recognition and rewards program.
