Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a variety of standard financial transactions, including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments.
- Accurately balance cash drawers, ensuring precise counting of currency and coins.
- Assist clients in identifying the most suitable account types to meet their financial objectives.
- Open and manage various deposit and loan accounts, including complex retail products such as consumer loans and small business loans.
- Promote additional bank services and refer clients to relevant departments as necessary.- Address inquiries and resolve intricate technical issues related to customer accounts.
- Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring compliance with all applicable banking regulations and staying informed about regulatory changes.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of policies and procedures related to the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, and other relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong comprehension and adherence to instructions.
- Capability to organize and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to operate various office equipment.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in appearance and conduct.
- Proven sales abilities.
- High school diploma, vocational training, or equivalent experience.
Work Environment:
This position requires full onsite presence.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive total rewards package, including base pay and comprehensive benefits. The salary range for this role is $18.00 to $20.00, with the final rate determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, education, and location. Performance-based incentive compensation may also be available.
