Job Title: Client Service Associate I

At Tri Counties Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Associate I to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their financial needs are met, and supporting the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Support the establishment, maintenance, and servicing of investment accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Initiate outbound calls to clients and prospects to clarify transaction requirements, schedule appointments, and resolve any delays in the process.
  • Prepare and process various documents, including forms, trades, and client correspondence.
  • Collaborate with Financial Advisors to ensure seamless client service and support.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3+ years of office experience, preferably in a financial services or banking environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and operate under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to perform repetitive functions and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive client information.
