Job Title: Registered Client Service Associate

Hilltop Securities Inc., a leading financial services company, is seeking a highly skilled Registered Client Service Associate to join our team in Roseville, CA.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As a Registered Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, maintaining accurate records, and supporting our financial advisors in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients regarding stock quotes, buy vs. sell scenarios, and other related matters.
  • Maintain customer account information, including updating files and records, and handling written correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to assigned Registered Representatives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and client presentations.
  • Work with HTS back-office systems to enter trades and other account information.
  • Address client service problems and maintain a Problem/Solution Log to keep Registered Representatives informed.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for Registered Representatives during prime market time.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the brokerage/financial services industry as a Registered Client Service Associate.
  • Series 7 and 63/66 license required.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Highly proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, with knowledge of Portfolio Software and data entry.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organization skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Knowledge of back-office FIS a plus.
  • Strong customer service and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to provide complete and concise explanations of products to clients.
  • Basic understanding of branch-level operations, policies, and procedures.
