Job Title: Client Service Associate I

Come join a dynamic team at Tri Counties Bank, where you can make a real difference in the lives of our clients. As a Client Service Associate I, you will play a vital role in supporting our Financial Advisors with the establishment, servicing, and maintenance of investment accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate outbound calls to clients and prospects to clarify transaction processing requirements, schedule appointments, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Open, close, and maintain investment accounts in accordance with RJFS guidelines.
  • Deposit checks, distribute cash, and prepare forms to establish investment accounts, move funds between investments, and close investment accounts.
  • Enter trade orders confirmed by a Registered Representative and follow up on the completion of transactions and documents sent to clients and carriers.
  • Maintain online compliance required linking for client trading discounts and ensure all client fees have been collected.
  • Complete outgoing correspondence on behalf of Registered Representatives and process incoming and outgoing mail for the Financial Advisor.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and schedule new and service appointments for Financial Advisors.
  • Participate in client meetings to ensure paperwork is signed and completed thoroughly with the FA.
  • Organize client appreciation events, including invitations, venue selection, food and beverage, confirmations, and post-event follow-up.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of office experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent client service orientation.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and operate on tight deadlines.
  • Ability to perform repetitive functions.
