Industrial Sales Territory Lead

RapidAir is looking for a highly skilled and ambitious Industrial Sales Territory Lead to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer and distributor of compressed air piping systems and drive revenue growth through new business development and expanded customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
- Mentor and train sales team members to improve performance and achieve sales goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a minimum of $750,000 in annual sales revenue.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
