Industrial Sales Excellence Lead

We are seeking an Industrial Sales Excellence Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned territory by developing and executing strategic plans to increase revenue and expand customer base. With a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success, you will be able to leverage your expertise to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth in assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted sales strategies and tactics
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and market trends to ensure Stryten Energy remains competitive and innovative in the marketplace
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales, business development, or related field
- Proven track record of sales success in industrial or commercial settings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, as needed
