Job Title: Marketing Communications Associate

We are a leading marketing organization headquartered in the heart of the community, seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about community service to join our nonprofit marketing team.

The Marketing Communications Associate role is an entry-level position that collaborates closely with our direct fundraising team to meticulously plan, coordinate, and execute fundraising initiatives within the local community and surrounding area. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management and nonprofit fundraising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to and facilitate marketing campaigns and strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service at events, working closely with promotional marketing staff to deliver a seamless experience.
  • Foster brand loyalty through active participation in marketing demonstrations during events, showcasing our brand's values and mission.
  • Participate in leadership training with the potential to manage events and projects for new clients, developing skills in project management and team leadership.
  • Adhere to company provided compliance and standard protocols to ensure a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as directed by the team lead or management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer service acumen, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Exemplary organization and time management skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, both as a team player and independently, with a strong work ethic and adaptability.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines, ensuring high-quality deliverables and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Experience in marketing, sales, customer service, retail, or advertising is advantageous, but not required.
  • Willingness to undertake occasional travel as needed, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
