Position Scope

The primary focus of the Regional Sales Representative (RSR) is to drive outcomes that align with the strategic objectives of the organization. This role requires initiative, a competitive spirit, and the ability to maintain focus on results in a dynamic environment. The RSR plays a pivotal role in engaging various stakeholders in our sales processes to ensure consistent revenue generation for our district office and the Expeditors network. Key Responsibilities

Successful Regional Sales Representatives are expected to deliver the following:

  • Manage a designated territory with comprehensive knowledge of potential clients and competitors.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry in our Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Facilitate customer and branch relationships while collaborating with regional Product, Service, Geo, and Knowledge Management teams.
  • Contribute to the development of value-added solutions tailored to customers' logistics requirements, including supporting diagrams and cost-benefit analyses.
  • Assist in onboarding new accounts through customer introductions, information transfer, and securing necessary documentation.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to enhance sales skills and stay updated on Expeditors' products and services.
  • Engage with local trade organizations as directed by the District Sales Manager.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support organizational objectives.
