Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at New Perspective Senior Living LLC. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, while also providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, and polish floors; sanitize areas, vacuum carpets; clean restrooms; wash windows and walls; move and arrange furniture and equipment; and pick up outside garbage.
  • Team Collaboration: Work in cooperation with all other team members of the facility to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for both residents and team members.
  • Stocking and Maintenance: Stock common areas, replace light bulbs, tidy throughout the day, and eliminate trip hazards.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to community's safety program at all times, including handling and storage of chemicals and equipment.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Understand and carry out oral and written directions, champion hospitality, and deliver excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
  • Resident Engagement: Ensure an attractive home environment that fosters engagement, socialization, and purposeful living.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalency required.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks, make decisions, and act in the residents' best interest.
