Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver five-star customer service and find the perfect solutions for every customer
  • Process new activations, upgrades, and sales of wireless devices and accessories
  • Merchandize and handle inventory, including opening and closing the store
  • Work independently or as part of a team to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high-energy, positive attitude
  • Have solid sales or retail experience (an asset, but not required)
  • Have a working knowledge of wireless technology and trends
  • Be available to work full-time with flexible hours
