Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Uplift Education. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our families, staff, and scholars, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to families, staff, and scholars, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and maintain the front desk, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment for all visitors.
  • Manage incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages and directing them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Sort and distribute mail, ensuring timely delivery to the relevant departments.
  • Assist the Operations Director in establishing a positive and supportive culture on campus.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED, Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual in Spanish required.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new applications quickly.
Working Conditions

The Receptionist will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and extended periods of time viewing a computer screen. The ability to work outside in varied weather conditions for arrival and dismissal support at carline is also required.
