Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team at SCI Shared Resources LLC. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors, offering assistance and direction as needed.
  • Answer and screen incoming phone calls, routing them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Provide general office support duties, including maintaining a comfortable environment for clients and performing light typing and data entry.
  • Notify staff members of appointments and escort guests to the appropriate room.
  • Immediately notify management of customer service and security issues.
  • Receive and process incoming mail and packages.
  • Maintain organized and current electronic and paper files and records.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Six months of general office, receptionist, or administrative support experience preferred.
  • Proficient in operating telephones, fax, and copier.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • Clear and professional speaking voice and tone.
  • Professional interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
Work Environment

This is a full-time position, requiring the ability to work a schedule including Saturday and/or Sunday and beyond standard business hours.
