Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Receptionist to join our team at Randall Reed's World Class Automotive Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, greeting clients, and handling correspondence.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Update telephone directories and maintain accurate records.
  • Direct clients to the appropriate team member for vehicle status updates and resolve any concerns or issues.
  • Monitor demo car keys and log demo car reports as necessary.
  • Attend department meetings and contribute to team discussions.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 months of related experience and/or training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
