RADIAS Health is seeking an Administrative Assistant to deliver essential administrative support to various teams within the organization, including the Whatever It Takes (WIT), Community Care Services (CCST), and Community Competency Restoration (CCR) teams. These teams are dedicated to providing mental health services to individuals facing severe and persistent mental health challenges and substance use disorders.
The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including:
- Maintaining accurate files and documentation within electronic record-keeping systems.
- Tracking insurance eligibility and performing necessary audits.
- Generating reports and managing billing processes for client services.
- Collaborating with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilizing independent judgment to effectively prioritize and organize a varied workload.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with flexible hours available.
This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring two days in the office and three days remote.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the integrity of client records in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Maintain compliance with MN-ITS MHIS data entry requirements.
- Prepare and distribute reports as needed by program supervisors.
- Safeguard all protected health information.
- Organize daily tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Provide front desk coverage as required.
- Assist fellow administrative staff with various projects.
- Manage company mail logistics.
- Support financial processes for the Representative Payee program as necessary.
- Process billing for Waivered Para services monthly.
- Handle records requests and manage annual paperwork efficiently.
- Update client profiles to reflect accurate data for county responsibilities.
- Coordinate surveys and quarterly reporting for CCST.
- Generate and distribute BI reports to relevant staff.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 is essential.
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are necessary.
- Associate's Degree (2-year) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Tumbleweed and MN-Choices software is a plus.
