Senior Strategic Change Management Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformational Change Management Expert to join our team at Allegis Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving significant strategic initiatives across our large enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Change Management Strategies: Collaborate with senior leadership to define the scope and impact of initiatives, and develop comprehensive change management strategies in alignment with transformation goals.
- Lead Change Management Projects: Plan and implement change management projects, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to manage expectations and reduce resistance to change.
- Coach and Consult Leaders and Teams: Coach and consult leaders, teams, partners, and individuals to adopt new ways of working and navigating change initiatives, and identify any internal or external resistance to proposed changes and develop management and mitigation plans.
- Manage Training Programs: Oversee the design and delivery of training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge for the transition, and manage a large portfolio of projects and balance resource load of multiple projects as required.
- Provide Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to the change management team, developing a culturally aligned team of professionals, and hold both internal and contract team members accountable for delivering high performance.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, OD, HR, or a related field, and 5-7 years leading and managing complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Certifications and Skills: Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or other relevant experience with Strategic Change Management methodologies, and strong understanding of interdependency of people, process, and technologies, and their application in business transformation.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, and proven successful track record working in large/complex multi-location programs/projects; experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
