Job SummaryWe're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Manager to join our influencer team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll drive the influencer channel strategy, develop and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that highlights our brand equity pillars.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute influencer strategies aligned with marketing goals, acquisition, and affiliate goals, including awareness, reach, impressions, and revenue growth.
- Manage relationships with influencer agencies, including data platform agencies, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
- Lead quarterly reviews of the influencer program, identifying best practices and areas for growth to meet department KPIs and revenue goals.
- Monitor and analyze influencer campaign performance using relevant metrics and tracking tools.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- A minimum of 4+ years' experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the CPG industry.
