Reproductive Medicine Associates (RMA Network) is seeking a dedicated Practice Administrator to enhance our dynamic team. This role is essential for managing the operations of our medical office and ensuring the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.
Role Overview: The Practice Administrator is responsible for overseeing business management functions within our medical facility. This includes supervising personnel, contributing to operational enhancement strategies, and managing financial activities. An exemplary Practice Administrator will leverage their administrative acumen to support the provision of outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in strategic business planning and refine administrative workflows.
- Develop and monitor budgets, manage expenditures, and conduct daily financial oversight.
- Supervise and recruit administrative personnel for patient services and finance teams.
- Engage in leadership discussions and track key performance indicators for practice improvement.
- Implement necessary standard operating procedures to align with organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, quality assurance, and risk management standards.
- Collaborate with the Lead Physician to ensure clarity of roles, performance expectations, and continuous improvement of practice outcomes.
- Provide coverage as needed to maintain high standards of patient care during peak times.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a supportive environment.
- Direct recruitment efforts and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Design effective staffing models and schedules.
- Conduct training for administrative staff and manage performance evaluations.
- Monitor compliance with health regulations and patient care practices.
- Document operational processes and maintain accurate records.
- Stay informed about trends in practice administration and healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with corporate support functions to optimize practice operations and employee relations.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
- A minimum of five years in practice administration and personnel management in a healthcare setting.
- Proficient in electronic health record management systems.
- Extensive background in financial management.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Thorough understanding of relevant healthcare regulations.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
