Position Overview:


The Regional Sales Executive is tasked with achieving set objectives related to the overall success of a portfolio of 2-10 properties.

This role involves effectively identifying and securing new business opportunities for all designated hotels.

The Regional Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the respective Sales Directors and hotel management to meet the revenue and market share targets for the assigned properties.

The sales focus may differ based on the specific hotels the individual is responsible for (i.e., Leisure, Business Travel, Group, SMERF).
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in Hotel Sales.

A valid driver's license for the relevant state is necessary.


Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for negotiating, persuading, selling, and influencing other managerial staff, hotel guests, and corporate clients.

Experience in professional sales techniques is preferred: prospecting, qualifying, supporting, and closing.

Proficiency in general computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications, is required.

The ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial; strong organizational and presentation skills are a must.

Responsibilities:
Successfully achieve assigned sales and revenue targets as well as solicitation call objectives for the designated hotel collection.


Proactively engage in solicitation calls, conduct sales tours, and entertain clients, focusing on Leisure, SMERF, Business Travel, and/or Groups as applicable to each property.

Enhance existing relationships with assigned accounts specific to Leisure, SMERF, Business Travel, and/or Groups as relevant to each property.

Monitor and assess trends within your market segment.

Approach all interactions with guests and colleagues in a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner.

Adhere to established regulations, company standards, sales standards, and metrics.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and policies across applicable departments.

Maintain a strong presence in the local community and relevant industry organizations.

May assist in executing and/or participating in special promotions related to direct sales segments, such as sales blitzes.

Attend daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, along with any other functions required by management.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager or Director of Sales.
