Bilingual Office Coordinator

RHM Staffing Solutions is a leading provider of technical, professional, and engineering recruiting and staffing services. We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Office Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet clients and visitors at our local offices.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Attend daily office meetings and provide updates and announcements.
- Update and maintain client master lists and CRM data.
- Evaluate and process workers' compensation claims and contractor unemployment claims.
- Process I-9 documentation and schedule drug screenings.
- Conduct background checks and onboard new clients and employees.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and recruiting teams.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Associates degree required.
- 1+ years of administrative experience.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, payroll, or clerical capacity.
