Job Overview

RHM Staffing Solutions is a leading provider of technical, professional, and engineering recruiting and staffing services. We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Office Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet clients and visitors at our local offices.
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Attend daily office meetings and provide updates and announcements.
  • Update and maintain client master lists and CRM data.
  • Evaluate and process workers' compensation claims and contractor unemployment claims.
  • Process I-9 documentation and schedule drug screenings.
  • Conduct background checks and onboard new clients and employees.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and recruiting teams.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Associates degree required.
  • 1+ years of administrative experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, payroll, or clerical capacity.
