Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for the hotel. This role involves effectively soliciting and securing new accounts, growing existing relationships, and monitoring market trends. The Sales Manager will work closely with the Director of Sales to achieve the hotel's revenue and market share goals.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively attain assigned sales and revenue goals
  • Proactively conduct solicitation calls, sales tours, and entertain clients
  • Grow existing relationships with assigned accounts
  • Monitor and evaluate trends within the market segment
  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented manner
  • Adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality's established regulations, company standards, sales standards, and sales metrics
  • Maintain strong visibility in the local community and industry organizations
  • May assist in implementing and/or participating in special promotions relating to direct sales segments
