Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at The Emily Program. As a key member of our residential and inpatient milieu, you will play a vital role in supporting clients in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate therapeutic activity groups, promoting skill-building and a recovery-oriented environment
  • Assist clients in acquiring skills to manage their eating disorder, providing general support and assistance
  • Participate in therapeutic supported meals and snacks, fostering a sense of community and connection
  • Escort clients to on-site provider appointments, ensuring seamless care coordination
  • Engage, coach, and support residents as needed, leveraging your expertise and empathy
  • Complete clinical documentation in compliance with The Emily Program policies and regulatory standards
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information, adhering to state and federal laws, as well as Emily Program policy
Requirements
  • Associate Degree or 1 year of equivalent experience required
  • Valid driver's license and authorization to drive
  • Previous direct mental health experience preferred
