Overnight Guest Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Overnight Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at Romer House Waikiki. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions, as well as providing exceptional guest service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities- Reconcile all hotel cashier transactions and review management reports on a timely basis.
- Ensure the accuracy of guest billings and city ledger transactions.
- Provide exceptional guest service, including check-in, check-out, switchboard operation, and reservations.
- Audit and reconcile financial and statistical reports.
- Prepare and distribute necessary daily reports, including the Daily Operating Report and Discount Programs.
- Audit and reconcile all Front Desk and Food & Beverage Cashier's work.
- Transmit all credit cards on a timely basis.
- Prioritize job functions to meet deadlines and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or one year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
- Guest Service Experience preferred.
- Computer knowledge/skills required.
- Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
- Sedentary work – Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Late/Overnight shift.
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by employees and guests.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
