As a Warehouse Operations Supervisor at Wegmans, you will lead exceptional customer service and oversee daily warehouse functions. You will directly manage a team of employees responsible for receiving vendor shipments and efficiently selecting store orders to service our locations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to stores by coordinating tasks, executing plans to meet productivity goals, maintaining inventory accuracy, and communicating progress to the team.
  • Guide employees in understanding job responsibilities, expectations, and performance outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with cold chain and food safety protocols, maintaining product quality.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements, including cost reduction, inventory management, and enhanced efficiency.
  • Achieve established productivity targets by prioritizing and completing individual and departmental tasks effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proficient computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in distribution or warehouse operations.
