Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cherry Picker Operator to join our Workforce team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Unload pallets and floor-loaded inbound containers with precision and efficiency.
  • Accurately receive and label products using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and handheld RF equipment.
  • Move products to inventory stock locations safely and accurately, utilizing handheld RF equipment.
  • Meet established productivity and efficiency performance standards while moving products from reserve to picking locations.
  • Apply picking labels to cases from stock locations for outbound orders with accuracy.
  • Move products from inventory stock locations to staging lanes or conveyor induct stations safely and accurately.
  • Follow RF or voice-directed picking instructions to select required products and quantities.
  • Participate in physical inventory counting and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Report breakage to supervisors immediately and adhere to productivity and quality standards.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures, communicating hazards and suggesting improvements to managers.
  • Arrive on time for work, meetings, and other work-related functions.
  • Meet established goals and objectives, and complete ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Working Conditions

The Warehouse environment may expose you to loud noise, temperature extremes, and weather conditions.

Equipment and Machinery Used

Pallet jack, forklift, cherry picker, reach truck, RF device, voice pick system, time clock, office equipment (including computer/printer, fax, photocopier, calculator, and telephone).

Physical Requirements

Manual dexterity, visual acuity, reaching, bending, sitting, standing, frequent lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
