Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Warehouse Activities
    • Oversee the performance of warehouse staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate health enthusiast job duties, communication, reporting, and area-based projects.
  • Provide Analytical Support and Root Cause Analysis
    • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve operational issues.
    • Provide analytical support to inform business decisions.
  • Manage Departmental Resources and Supplies
    • Ensure that warehouse staff have all necessary equipment and supplies to perform their duties.
    • Manage the distribution and return of daily supplies.
  • Supervise Communication Flows and Processes
    • Execute daily kick-off meetings to ensure effective communication.
    • Provide company information to warehouse staff.
  • Prepare and Maintain Departmental Reports and Spreadsheets
    • Prepare timely reports and spreadsheets to support business decisions.
    • Supervise and resolve recurring business issues impacting warehouse performance.
  • Participate in Projects and Initiatives
    • Collaborate with internal business partners and warehouse staff to resolve outstanding issues and inventory discrepancies.
    • Evaluate project deliverables for content and quality.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • High school or equivalent work experience.
  • Required Knowledge and Skills
    • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access, etc.).
  • Experience and Abilities
    • 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or customer service.
    • Ability to read and interpret documents and procedure manuals.
    • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
    • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates.
    • Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables.
    • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions.
    • Ability to multi-task with extreme attention to detail.
