As a Warehouse Operations Leader at Wegmans, you will oversee exceptional customer service and manage daily warehouse functions. You will directly supervise a team responsible for receiving vendor products and efficiently selecting and picking store orders to serve our locations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to stores by coordinating tasks, executing plans to meet productivity goals, maintaining inventory accuracy, and communicating status updates to the team.
  • Guide team members in understanding job responsibilities, expectations, and performance outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with cold chain and food safety protocols, maintaining product freshness and quality.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements, including cost reduction, inventory management, and enhancing efficiency.
  • Achieve established productivity targets by prioritizing and completing individual and departmental tasks effectively.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Proficient computer skills.

  • Experience in distribution or warehouse settings.
