Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Vascular Technologist PRN to join our team at HCA Florida Bayonet Point Hospital. As a Vascular Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic non-invasive vascular procedures on adult and geriatric patients with a high degree of quality.
  • Obtain and record all pertinent clinical information relating to the procedure ordered.
  • Facilitate the vascular procedure by proper placement of the probe in accordance with the instructions in the department policy and procedure manual.
  • Assist, transfer, and position patients as needed, ensuring their modesty and physical safety.
  • Check the operation of equipment, maintain cleanliness of procedure area and equipment, and keep area stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Associate degree.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Eligible for ARDMS registration; RVT preferred.
  • One to three years of experience, preferably in an acute-care setting.
