Job Summary

We are seeking a Florida-licensed MRI Technologist on a PRN basis to perform procedures in a compassionate and respectful manner. As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for obtaining high-quality MR images, facilitating procedures, and preparing patients for exams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate a strong and thorough knowledge of all MRI equipment
  • Obtain high-quality MR images and ensure only optimal films are submitted for interpretation
  • Facilitate procedures by selecting proper technical factors/techniques to accommodate all patients
  • Prepare, transfer, and position patients as needed, ensuring modesty and safety
  • Document all pertinent clinical information prior to exams, obtain informed consent, and complete all required fields within MEDITECH accurately and on time
  • Monitor the operation of equipment, maintain cleanliness of tables/equipment, and keep rooms stocked with necessary supplies
Requirements
  • Florida licensure as an MRI Technologist
  • Strong organizational, verbal, interpersonal, customer relation, mathematical, analytical, grammar/spelling, computer, and clerical skills
