What We're Looking For

We're seeking an ambitious and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Conference Services Coordinator. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating group bookings, managing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate group bookings and manage contracts with accuracy and professionalism
  • Work closely with Sales Managers to execute group bookings and updates
  • Set up accurate billing for each group and enter pertinent information into our sales and property management systems
  • Assist in booking individual reservations and run group reports through our sales system
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and property management systems
