As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for coordinating group bookings, managing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities- Coordinate group bookings and manage contracts with accuracy and professionalism
- Work closely with Sales Managers to execute group bookings and updates
- Set up accurate billing for each group and enter pertinent information into our sales and property management systems
- Assist in booking individual reservations and run group reports through our sales system
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and property management systems
