**Key Responsibilities:**
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with sales staff to ensure customer needs are met
• Enter and process orders accurately and efficiently
• Obtain freight quotes and prepare Bills of Lading
• Update customer information and maintain accurate records
• Assist with Accounts Receivable and other administrative tasks
• Track and manage customer orders and shipments
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as required
**Requirements:**
• High school graduate or equivalent with a minimum of 2+ years' of customer service experience
• Ability to effectively work in a Windows environment with experience in Outlook, Word, and Excel
